3, quickly separated from the scene to the fresh air. Keep airway unobstructed.  Isooctanoic acid, driers, degreased naphthenic acid such as difficulty breathing, give oxygen. If breathing stopped, immediate artificial respiration or medical treatment;

4, if the drink should drink plenty of warm water, cobalt naphthenate, emetic;

5, high temperature, open fire and strong oxidants easily lead to combustion. Emit poisonous gas by decomposition of high heat;

6, harmful combustion products: carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, cobalt oxide;

7, fire extinguishing methods: fire fighters must wear gas masks, wearing full body fire clothing, fire fighting in the wind. Fire extinguishing agent: fog water, foam, dry powder, carbon dioxide, sand;

8, isolate leakage pollution area, limit access. Cut off fire source. It is suggested that the emergency personnel wear dustproof masks and wear anti-static overalls. Don't touch the leak directly;

9, determined a small leak: avoid dust, with a clean shovel and collected in a closed container;

10, a large number of leaks: collection, recycling, or transported to the disposal of waste disposal sites.
